Russian antitrust readies report on oil pdt transportation liberalization
MOSCOW, Dec 6 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service is preparing a report on abolishing tariff regulation in oil product transportation to the government, Director Igor Artemyev told reporters on Tuesday.
“We are discussing this very seriously now, and we are preparing a report to the government on the issue of liberalization of the oil product transportation,” he said.
“The railway and pipeline transport are competing here very actively, but we think that we may gradually start the liberalization, the abolishment of tariff regulation in the sphere.”
